The Sound Technology program is designed for
students with a passion for music, recording, mixing and editing.
This program offers a solid skill base in the procedures and
equipment used in professional multi-track recording and sound
reinforcement environments for music/sound production and post-production
for film/video, television and new media.
Students work in state of the industry digital and analogue
recording studios. They receive hands on training using linear
and non-linear recording technologies, and are taught by industry-professional
instructors. Smaller class sizes ensure that students receive
a maximum amount of practical experience with the technology.
The curriculum also includes topics such as MIDI, audio post,
location recording and sound design. |
